Olympic Lifting Class
Beginning in August there will be an Olympic Lifting class on Sunday from 12:30pm – 1:30pm (might run until 2:00pm) during Open Gym hours. There is no additional charge for these Sunday classes.
Ankle/foot drills as per Functional Care RX
2-3 sets of the workout below, building up to workout weights.
Press + Push Press + Push Jerk
Build to a heavy set in 12-15 minutes
In teams of 3, complete as many rounds as possible in 18 minutes of:
Partner 1: 50 meter farmers carry (24kg/16kg)
Partner 2: 100 meter sandbag run (70lbs/45lbs)
Partner 3: 200 meter run
Once all three partners are finished, rotate for the next round.
