GROUP FITNESS CLASSES
Lead by our professional Coaches, these group fitness classes consist of cardiovascular exercise, weight lifting, and gymnastics (calisthenics), combined to form the most fun and best results driven exercise program on the market. All levels of fitness are welcome!
For The Beginners
Our foundations course is required for anyone new to CrossFit. This course consists of three classes. In each, you will learn about the foundational movements of CrossFit. One of our coaches will arrange the sessions with you to match your schedule so you can get started with CrossFit right away. Our absolute highest priority is making sure you learn and execute all movements safely and efficiently. You can be confident we will not push you to the next exercise until we make sure you are ready.
For people looking for the most individualized approach, personal training is king. Every personal training member gets to work 1-on-1 with a highly qualified coach where they get individual programming and attention that they need and/or desire.
Our Olympic Weightlifting classes aim to improve the classic Olympic lifts. Our programming follows set cycles ranging from the introductory level to more advanced cycles prepping lifters for WODs or competition. Our Olympic Weightlifting classes are great, whether you’re looking to improve your technique and strength or want to pursue Olympic Weightlifting as a sport.
