60 Minute Class
This is high intensity training at it’s finest. Workouts combine a variety of functional movements – everything from cardio and gymnastics to power lifting and Olympic lifting. Every day brings something new, so get ready to get after it!
30 Minute Class
Sweat30 is fast paced and fun. Workouts combine simple bodyweight, gymnastics, and light lifting movements for a high-energy workout. Short, sweet, and super sweaty!

For The Beginners
Our foundations course is required for anyone new to our CrossFit program. In these sessions you will learn about the foundational movements of CrossFit. One of our coaches will arrange the sessions with you to match your schedule so you can get started with CrossFit right away. Our absolute highest priority is making sure you learn and execute all movements safely and efficiently. You can be confident we will not push you to the next exercise until we make sure you are ready.
